Application Stage: Application forms sent from 1st October 2025, with a submission deadline of 1^st December 2025. Submit completed forms via email to info@ice-cream.org.

Judging Stage: An anonymous interview panel, including industry leaders, will assess applications using a scoring system.

• Luigi Coronato – Judge
• Chairman of The Hospitality Alliance – Independent Judge

All answers to questions at the application stage will be presented without applicant names/details and a scoring system will be in place to allow further accuracy.

Finalist Announcement: Finalists will be announced in December 2025.

Informal Interview: Finalists will have an informal interview with Nigel Barden at the Ice Cream & Artisan Food Show on 3rd February 2026.

Formal Interview: Finalist interviews will be held at the Belfry Hotel, Birmingham on 5^th March 2026. The above interview panel will ask you a series of questions and base your answers on a scoring system.

Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced during our Ice Cream Alliance Awards Evening, at the Belfry Hotel, Birmingham on 5^th March 2026, where our sponsor, Whitby Morrison will present the winner with their trophy, along with a £1000.00 credit for Whitby Morrison parts or service.
