Ice Cream magazine has been published by the alliance for over eighty years. It is the only trade magazine serving the United Kingdom's £1.4 billion ice cream industry, and it goes to around nine hundred subscribers four times a year.
Every edition carries technical guidance, market data, member news, competition results and features from across the sector. Editorials and press releases from members are published free of charge as a membership benefit, subject to fair use.
The digital edition is now available, so members can read on any device and search back through the archive.
