This includes the new ChocoGelato range from Callebaut, the only premium chocolate gelato made from real Belgian chocolate. ChocoGelato bases contain around 60% chocolate giving a unique and authentic chocolate taste compared to gelato made with cocoa powder. Many are also suitable for vegans. In addition to complete bases for dark, milk, white and caramel chocolate gelato, there are bases for dark and milk chocolate gelato that allow you to use any grade of chocolate, such as single origin chocolates. The ChocoGelato range also includes some fantastic ripples, chocolate coatings and toppings.
