We are the only membership trade association for the ice cream industry in the UK founded in 1944. Whether you own a parlour or ice cream vans we can offer advice, resources, and information to support your business needs. As the organisers of the only annual Ice Cream Expo in the UK, The Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show attracts companies and visitors from across the world looking to take a scoop of the £1.4bn UK market.

Mission Statement
Quite simply our aim is to encourage and support the production, vending and consumption of premium quality ice creams and other frozen treats.
MEET THE TEAM
Our membership is divided into nine regional divisions. Each division elects a representative to sit on the National Executive Council which meets approximately four times every year.
Members in each division are encouraged to keep in regular contact with their NEC delegate (who sits on the Board of Director) and other members of the divisional committee and to take advantage of the range of meetings and social events in their area. Remember, the more you put in as a member the more you will get out.
