Improving your knowledge and skills can greatly contribute to making top quality ice creams and the ICA offers training courses on such subjects as ingredient functionality and product formulation.

Our training courses are completely independent of any ingredient and equipment suppliers and therefore offer totally impartial help.

As a not-for-profit organisation our course fees are kept to the bare minimum needed to cover our costs with most taking place at our offices here in Derby.
