The Ice Cream Alliance love to keep members/non members up to date with current issues for our industry. For this reason we will be holding a series of seminars at this years exhibition

We expect that these seminars will be very well attended and recommend that you register online to avoid disappointment.
 
These seminars are free to ICA members or £5.00 (non-refundable) for non members.

Andrew Wilby of Reading University presents an introduction to ice cream making for anyone entering into the industry, or those requiring more information having recently started producing ice cream.

How you can diversify into the world of producing chocolates: 55 minute chocolate demonstration starting at 12 noon and repeated at 1.00p.m. by “Food and Wine Award 2009-2010” Chef of the year.

This seminar provides a brief overview aimed at businesses who want to find out more about the benefits of using IP, and covers the four elements of IP; Patents, Trade Marks, Designs and Copyright and how they relate to businesses.
