The exhibition is regarded as the world’s most important in the artisan ice cream sector, a primary European showcase for artisan Italian confectionery and is also strengthening its position in the artisan bakery field. On show will be all the latest in raw materials, basic products, plant machinery, furnishings and fittings and everything you could possibly imagine for the aforementioned industries. The Ice Cream Alliance will this year have a presence at the exhibition. Zelica and her team will be promoting membership of the Alliance and explaining to the exhibitions worldwide audience what the Alliance is all about.
