The ICA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the production and vending of premium ice cream … a role we have been doing for over 60 years. Our membership numbers some 750 businesses involved in every aspect of the trade including manufacturers that range from multi-nationals through to artisan producers supplying their local communities. The membership also includes a variety of retail businesses including national chains through to traditional ice cream parlours and vans. Our membership also includes businesses from over 30 countries around the world giving us an international perspective too. |
